enwilec Frequency control for vacuum pumps of the milking system
Very easy to retrofit!The electrical connection can easily be carried out by a professional electrician.
Everything is included in the delivery, what is necessary for the function.
1) Mounting
- Mount the device onto the wall.
- Plug the pressure plug into the vacuum line.
2) Electrical connection
The enwilec frequency control is connected upstream of the vacuum pump motor.The circuit is not changed, not even with star-delta start-up.
The previous technology remains completely intact and is always available in an emergency. Simply by plugging it in.
- Make the motor pluggable with the parts supplied.
- Insert the frequency control (it is supplied ready to plug in).
- Short work in the fuse box (electrical distributor).
3) Start-up
- Switch on, wait for vacuum, adjust if necessary.
- Later, during milking, check the vacuum on the pressure gauge several times for safety.
